Group Training
We accept players from early development to the pro levels and we have multiple group training options:
Weekly Training Times

Monday through Thursday: 12:30–2:30 PM & 4:00–6:30 PM

Weekends: Friday 4:00–6:00 PM & Saturday 12:00–2:00 PM
Flexible Options
-
Full-Time / Unlimited – Your spot is reserved every session, every day; attend the right amount for your training each week.

After-School Packages – Pick 2, 3, 4 or 5 afternoons each week

Hybrid Plan – A mix of midday and after-school sessions (5 total)

Out-of-Town Guests – Drop in for half-day or full-day training

Weekend Training – Focus sessions on Friday and Saturday only
**NEW PROGRAM**
Starting this winter, we are offering a NEXT GEN training option for players 8-10 years old. This group training is for players who are building their consistency and confidence, and players can feed into our elite academy directly from here.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are available throughout the week in half-hour increments. These are ideal opportunities to hone a player's technical form, strategic approach and mental toughness.


Fitness
Each of our group training sessions includes intensive fitness work. Players will work with medicine balls, free weights, bands and boxes, and all players will be pushed to their cardiovascular limits.
